Items must be:
- Unworn and in new condition
- Shipped with the original packing slip
- Postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
Note: When calculating your refund, please know kept items will be valued at full retail price.

Not your style? No problem. We will issue store credit for the value of your unwanted item. Send a message to email@example.com and include as many of the details below as possible:
- Your name and phone number
- The purchaser’s name and/or email
- Order ID (included on packing slip if gift was shipped directly)
- Item Description/Quantity (include a picture if that helps!)
How do i return a purchase?
Mark the item on your order confirmation that you want to return. Put the order confirmation in the package with the item(s). Use the shipping method of your choice (See return address below.)
We manage your return the same day we receive it.

14 days cooling-off period
If you are not happy we will refund you, regardless of the reason. Otherwise we will help you exchange for another item that you like more.
If you want to exchange your item(s) we recommend you to return your item(s) to us and then make a new order of your desired item.
The same day we receive your return, we refund your money into your account. For payments with bank card, it usually takes 3-5 banking days before you have the money in your account. With Paypal, the refund is instant.
